What you will do

• Run day-to-day campaign execution across Meta (Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager for major consumer brands.
• Pull, clean, and shape campaign data into clear performance reports to identify issues early.
• Build client-ready decks and performance summaries in partnership with paid media managers.
• Track pacing and budgets to ensure spend accuracy.
• Maintain campaign hygiene including naming conventions, tracking setup, and QA before launch.

Requirements

• UK-based, ideally in or around London with hybrid work setup.
• 1–2 years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally at an agency.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting experience.
• Strong data skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Nice to have

• Experience running paid social for large consumer brands.
• Familiarity with tracking and measurement basics such as pixels, UTMs, and attribution.
• Strong deck-building skills in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
