What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day execution of organic social content across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Create, film, edit, and publish high-performing short-form video content.
• Own and manage the organic social calendar.
• Analyze content performance and identify trends to continually optimize output.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Performance Marketing teams.
• React quickly to cultural moments and platform updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing organic social channels for a consumer-focused brand.
• Strong video production and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Confidence presenting on camera and creating authentic social-first content.
• Excellent understanding of platform analytics and performance metrics.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to connect content performance to business growth.
