What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of analytical and data-driven solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical approaches.
• Provide technical leadership across predictive modeling, scorecard development, and machine learning throughout the model lifecycle.
• Define solution approaches considering analytical methods, technology, and business value.
• Lead client workshops and presentations to communicate recommendations and trade-offs.
• Mentor and support analysts to develop their technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience developing predictive models and credit risk scorecards within financial services or consulting.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and SAS.
• Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
• 1+ years of experience designing scalable analytical solutions and applying automation or GenAI.
