What you will do

• Own the end-to-end payment investigation process from initial issue surfacing to final resolution.
• Build and scale AI-powered automation for payment investigation flows to increase auto-handle rates.
• Track investigation performance and user satisfaction using Looker and Amplitude.
• Define and maintain handling guidelines, KPIs, and decision logic to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Run monthly gap analyses to identify structural issues and implement actionable process improvements.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of payment schemes, rules, and the full payments lifecycle, including escalation flows.
• AI-first mindset with the ability to design processes intended for automation.
• Strong data-driven approach to hunt for root causes and eliminate manual handling.
• Hands-on approach to owning urgent cases and translating them into structural fixes.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required for stakeholder alignment.
• Location: Must be based in Istanbul (Turkey) or Sofia (Bulgaria).
