What you will do

• Own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for customer workflow products, including employer portals and agent-enabled solutions.
• Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery, partnering with engineering, data, and sales teams.
• Drive AI-native development by leveraging LLMs and AI agents to create prototypes and improve workflows.
• Conduct continuous customer research using interviews and Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) discovery to validate decisions.
• Establish product success metrics and OKRs to guide prioritization and strategic direction.
• Partner with engineering on technical decisions, scalability considerations, and data platform initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada
• Proven experience owning a product area at a platform level with a strong technical product management background.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents as part of daily professional workflows.
• Ability to define evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and quality standards for AI-powered products.
• Strong data fluency and experience in defining OKRs and making data-informed decisions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience building B2B SaaS platforms for employers, recruiters, or workforce development.
• Familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Looker or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of workforce development ecosystems or related policy environments.
• Experience designing recommendation systems or intelligent automation solutions.
