Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland or Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work with attendance at the local office two days per week. In-person orientation is required on the first Tuesday of employment, and North American working hours are required.

Annual salary: CAD 146,000–200,000 for candidates in Canada; EUR 85,000–116,000 for candidates in Ireland. Additional compensation may include equity, bonus, healthcare coverage, financial benefits, and paid leave.

What you will do

• Own the vision, product requirements, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for internal developer productivity and AI tooling.
• Interview engineers, engineering managers, technical leads, and architects; map development workflows and establish baseline developer-cycle metrics.
• Evaluate coding agents, MCPs, build systems, CI/CD, code review tools, and other inner- and outer-loop technologies against security and total-cost criteria.
• Partner with Developer Productivity Engineering to define MVPs, manage sprints, and incrementally ship workflows.
• Drive organization-wide adoption by resolving security, legal, privacy, procurement, and budget barriers.
• Reduce implementation diversity across Okta and Auth0 by turning high-performing team practices into scalable playbooks and measuring cycle time, quality, and toil reduction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with developer platforms, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or AI products.
• Experience owning internal or platform products where adoption is driven by product quality rather than mandate.
• Strong understanding of source control, IDEs, CI/CD, testing, code review, observability, and production operations.
• Current hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted software development, including coding agents, context management, MCP, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience designing technology evaluations, controlled experiments, and developer productivity measurement systems.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across engineering, security, architecture, and finance, with excellent written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying or scaling developer tools across large, multi-organization engineering environments.
• Familiarity with developer AI tools, harnesses, APIs, MCPs, agent orchestration frameworks, DORA, SPACE, or DX Core 4.
• Experience establishing governance, evaluation frameworks, or spend management for consumption-priced technologies.
