What you will do

• Take ownership of and validate the full payroll cycle for the UK, France, Italy, and Portugal.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax, social security, pension, and labor regulations.
• Manage relationships with local payroll providers, monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and data quality.
• Align regional payroll workflows with Global Payroll Hub standards and drive automation.
• Act as the Tier 2 escalation point for complex payroll inquiries from employees and authorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Treasury teams.

Requirements

• Mandatory proven experience in Portugal payroll processes.
• Experience in payroll processes for France, UK, or Italy.
• At least 3+ years of total experience in multi-national payroll.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Technical proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP).

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency in French, Italian, or Portuguese.
