What you will do

• Own the regulatory reporting process across multiple international regulated entities.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate the submission of regulatory returns and filings.
• Strengthen and maintain robust controls and governance processes for reporting.
• Oversee financial data reconciliations and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and external auditors or regulators.
• Build a scalable reporting framework to support future international growth and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial control, or audit within financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting environments for financial institutions.
• Experience working across multiple international jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Lisbon office.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA.
• Experience in fintech, wealth management, asset management, or broker-dealers.
• Previous experience supporting international regulated entities.
