What you will do

• Conduct risk assessments on operational processes to identify vulnerabilities and non-compliance areas.
• Support process owners in developing and maintaining control frameworks to mitigate risks.
• Monitor and test the effectiveness of controls and implement timely adjustments.
• Track KPI/KRIs and develop risk reports for senior management.
• Maintain critical risk documentation, including policies and standards.
• Integrate regulatory requirements and emerging industry risks into management strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in risk management within financial or highly regulated industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy.
• English: Minimum B2 level required.
• Experience working in an international context.
• Location: Must be based in Porto/Matosinhos, Portugal.
