What you will do

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for Spain and Portugal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Validate payroll inputs such as hires, terminations, bonuses, and leaves, and reconcile outputs from external providers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, SD Worx), monitoring SLAs and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, social security, and taxation, supporting both internal and external audits.
• Prepare and analyze monthly payroll reports for HR, Finance, and management.
• Provide expert guidance to employees and HR Business Partners on payroll, benefits, and time & attendance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of payroll experience in Spain; exposure to Portugal payroll is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, social security, and taxation.
• Experience with external payroll providers (ADP, SD Worx) and HRIS systems (Workday, SAP HR, Meta4).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
