What you will do

  • Manage sales activities and execute growth plans for distributors and key accounts in assigned regions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and distributors in the international hunting market.
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong long-term relationships with partners and dealers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize distribution structures.
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and deliver product training and presentations to partners.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance data, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

  • Experience with international markets or managing distributors.
  • Knowledge of optics, thermal devices, or the hunting and wildlife observation industry.
  • Experience with e-commerce or online sales channels.
