Salary: 5,800 - 6,800 PLN gross

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey including contract preparation, onboarding, and billing setup.
- Administer customer documentation and maintain CRM records to improve internal operational processes.
- Communicate with Polish and international customers to support onboarding and resolve billing queries.
- Monitor receivables and coordinate debt collection activities and contract terminations.
- Analyze operational data to prepare reports and identify process bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure operational compliance.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Contract Administration, Customer Operations, or Debt Collection.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and business tools.
- Business proficiency in both Polish and English.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work independently.
- Must be based in Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or other sales automation tools.
- Degree in Law, Administration, Finance, International Business, or a related field.
