What you will do

• Develop and improve business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI.
• Enhance the Incident Reporting application used across the APAC region.
• Support the team in analyzing basic workflows and gathering user requirements.
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for updates.
• Create and update technical documentation and user training materials.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps or Power BI through school projects or training.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of basic application and system concepts.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Woodlands site in Singapore.
