What you will do

• Develop AI agent systems and LLM-powered tools to automate internal workflows and reduce manual toil.
• Own and implement product features from start to finish in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Write reusable, scalable, and testable code for high-impact backend services.
• Integrate LLM APIs and prompt patterns to solve practical business problems.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to peers to raise the engineering bar.
• Handle on-call duties, including debugging and troubleshooting production issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems in consumer-facing domains (e.g., Ads, MarTech, Rewards).
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in any programming language with a willingness to work in Golang.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, function calling, or agent frameworks.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Singapore.
