What you will do

• Debug and develop software fixes for customer-reported issues across UltraFLEX and UltraFLEXplus platforms.
• Partner with field support and product engineering teams to identify root causes of complex technical escalations.
• Provide technical support for customer workflows, test programs, and software environment issues.
• Act as the primary technical interface to field organizations, communicating risks and resolution status.
• Perform issue reproduction, validation of fixes, and support software release activities.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact issues affecting product deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, sustaining engineering, or complex technical support.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, .NET, and related technologies.
• Strong skills in software debugging, profiling, and analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, software architecture, and data structures.
• Must be based in Singapore (no relocation assistance available).

Nice to have

• Understanding of software design principles and system modeling concepts (e.g., UML).
• Prior experience with ATE systems, specifically UltraFLEX or UltraFLEXplus.
• Deep understanding of hardware and software interaction in test environments.
• Experience managing production environment escalations across multiple teams.
