What you will do

• Develop technical expertise through hands-on experience in a chosen area (data engineering, software test automation, software engineering, or UI/UX).
• Rotate within related business functions or cross-departments during the 18-month program (subject to availability and business needs).
• Learn under mentorship from functional team leaders and work toward becoming a key contributor to meaningful business projects.
• Collaborate across teams and build a global mindset with colleagues from other regions.
• Contribute to new projects and help develop processes/systems.
• Interact with senior management and the alumni GTT network.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) or up to 2 years of work experience.
• Technical expertise and experience in a relevant area of interest.
• Strong passion for new technologies including blockchain, cloud computing, AI, and data centers.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong ownership and accountability, with a commitment to professional development.
• On-site role at the local office in Singapore or Penang (Malaysia).
