What you will do

• Design marketing and brand assets, including social media content, campaign visuals, and promotional materials.
• Create motion graphics and animations for digital channels and product walkthroughs.
• Produce creative visuals using AI image generation tools to support content needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and product stakeholders to deliver on design briefs.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and visual language.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback to balance quality and turnaround speed.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft (personal, university, or freelance projects).
• Proficiency in Figma for design and layout work.
• Hands-on experience with motion tools such as Rive, Lottie, Principle, or After Effects.
• Experience using Midjourney or similar AI image generation tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Nice to have

• 0–1 year of professional experience, including internships or freelance work.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
• Interest in fintech, crypto, or financial products.
• Basic understanding of design systems and component-based design.
• Experience with 3D design tools like Blender or Spline.
