Senior Product Manager (Quant Trading)

What you will do

• Define product direction and roadmaps for backend trading systems.
• Enhance core components including matching engines, risk engines, and pricing models for derivatives like Futures, Margin, and Options.
• Collaborate with trading engineering teams to translate complex trading requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial planning through release and feature iteration.
• Monitor backend performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure all systems adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of financial products such as Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, and options.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate trading logic into product requirements.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for coordination with global stakeholders.
• Experience in product management is preferred but not mandatory.
