Product Manager (Quant Trading)

What you will do

• Define and contribute to the product roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve core systems including matching engines, risk engines, and pricing models for Futures, Margin, and Options.
• Collaborate with trading engineering teams to turn complex requirements into technical implementations.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from planning to release and feature launch.
• Monitor system performance to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
• Ensure all systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quant fields.
• Less than 5 years of experience (including internships), preferably in trading systems, fintech, or quant roles.
• Strong understanding of order book mechanics, margin, leverage, liquidation, PnL, and risk management.
• Ability to work with complex mathematical models and system rules.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for coordination with overseas partners.
• Technical skills in SQL, Python, or Excel are strongly preferred.
