Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: United States; remote work flexibility allows working from anywhere.

A fintech platform that tokenizes real-world assets and provides regulated broker-dealer, digital transfer agency, fund administration, and alternative trading system services.

What you will do

• Define, scope, and prioritize product requirements for Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations.
• Scope and drive partner data integrations from requirements through launch, including APIs, file feeds, and webhooks.
• Write user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria for investor records, subscriptions, redemptions, and cap table management.
• Lead delivery with Engineering for onboarding and issuance workflows for new funds and assets.
• Manage UAT and QA planning, prioritize operational and compliance backlogs, and use reconciliation and processing data to inform roadmap decisions.
• Coordinate launches with Compliance, Legal, Client Services, Operations, and Engineering while maintaining documentation, runbooks, and training materials.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience driving a product area from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to create specifications Engineering can implement.
• Working knowledge of data integration patterns such as APIs, file feeds, and webhooks.
• Ability to manage concurrent workstreams and stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with transfer agency, fund administration, or securities operations.
• Familiarity with blockchain, tokenization, smart contracts, or digital assets.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product tools.
• Interest in SEC, FINRA, and KYC/AML-driven products.
