Product Manager, Invest / Trade (Fintech)

Location: New York City, NY; in-person at the New York office twice a week. The role follows a hybrid work approach in the United States, and employees must onboard in person at a hirify.global office.

Salary: $120,500–$165,000 base salary annually in New York State, excluding discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own parts of the stock trading experience end to end, from customer insight through feature launch.
• Analyze customer behavior, support tickets, market research, and trading activity to identify high-impact problems.
• Write product specifications, define tradeoffs, and drive delivery with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing.
• Improve onboarding flows, order execution, statements, and product edge cases.
• Ship quickly, measure outcomes, and iterate on the product.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company or fintech.
• Practical use of Claude and other AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Genuine interest in stock trading and investing, including active trading or following markets.
• Bias toward action and willingness to ship small improvements, learn, and iterate.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to turn complex problems into clear specifications.
