What you will do

• Own and manage the payments roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and regulatory obligations.
• Lead integrations with PSPs, including banks, digital wallets, and cryptocurrency providers.
• Optimize payment methods to improve speed, cost-efficiency, reliability, and approval rates.
• Manage the end-to-end payments lifecycle, from onboarding new providers to scaling in new regions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable payment solutions.
• Monitor KPIs such as fraud rates, processing times, and provider uptime to drive data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience in payments, fintech, or banking with exposure to PSPs and crypto.
• English: Fluency required (resumes must be submitted in English).
• Proven track record of delivering successful payment product launches and integrations.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC, transaction flows, and financial regulatory requirements.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as Prince 2, PMP, or Scrum Master/Product Owner.
• Additional language proficiency.
