Senior Product Manager (Payments): Owning the end-to-end payments and checkout experience for a high-growth telehealth platform with an accent on subscription billing, payment orchestration, and operational health. Focus on driving conversion metrics, managing vendor relationships, and scaling billing infrastructure in a lean, high-autonomy environment.

What you will do

  • Own the payments product roadmap, prioritizing improvements for checkout, subscription billing, and payment method expansion.
  • Design and execute A/B experiments to optimize checkout conversion and rebill success rates.
  • Manage relationships with payment orchestration platforms and downstream processors to optimize routing and MID strategy.
  • Monitor transaction health, manage chargebacks, and resolve complex billing escalations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics and communicate payments health to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience specifically in payments, billing, or checkout domains.
  • Must be based in the US to be eligible for company benefits and payroll.
  • Proven track record of integrating AI-powered tools into daily product workflows.
  • Direct experience with payment processors, acquirers, or orchestration platforms like Gr4vy or Spreedly.
  • Experience in a subscription-based DTC, health, or telehealth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and interpret complex data.

Nice to have

  • Experience with experimentation platforms like PostHog or Optimizely.
  • Background in fraud prevention, risk operations, or compliance.
  • Familiarity with transactional communication platforms like Braze.
