What you will do
- Own the payments product roadmap, prioritizing improvements for checkout, subscription billing, and payment method expansion.
- Design and execute A/B experiments to optimize checkout conversion and rebill success rates.
- Manage relationships with payment orchestration platforms and downstream processors to optimize routing and MID strategy.
- Monitor transaction health, manage chargebacks, and resolve complex billing escalations.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics and communicate payments health to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience specifically in payments, billing, or checkout domains.
- Must be based in the US to be eligible for company benefits and payroll.
- Proven track record of integrating AI-powered tools into daily product workflows.
- Direct experience with payment processors, acquirers, or orchestration platforms like Gr4vy or Spreedly.
- Experience in a subscription-based DTC, health, or telehealth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and interpret complex data.
Nice to have
- Experience with experimentation platforms like PostHog or Optimizely.
- Background in fraud prevention, risk operations, or compliance.
- Familiarity with transactional communication platforms like Braze.
