What you will do

• Lead product planning and roadmap definition for centralized assurance products and methodology projects.
• Translate high-level product vision into actionable requirements aligned with business goals.
• Partner with engineering and design leads to prioritize backlogs and sequence delivery.
• Define and monitor success metrics to improve product performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate methodology requirements into product capabilities.
• Drive global initiatives, including the rollout and adoption of AI tooling across the product suite.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of leading products serving multiple teams or global markets.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to discuss design trade-offs with engineers.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience defining KPIs and using data to measure product health.
• Must be based in Romania

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI-powered features or rolling out AI tooling.
• Background in AI-native product development using agentic tools.
• Experience with global or multi-region product rollouts.
• Prior hands-on software engineering experience or a technical degree.
• Industry experience in fintech, assurance, or regulated SaaS.
