What you will do

• Develop and manage measurement plans for hirify.global's platforms using Google Tag Manager and perform QC on tags.
• Write independent SQL queries to provide performance analytics across app, video, and website datasets.
• Collaborate with Product stakeholders to support daily analytics needs and dashboard design.
• Partner with Data Products to build sustainable self-service systems for app analytics.
• Diagnose and resolve data issues and streamline scheduled queries and infrastructure.
• Create comprehensive guides and documentation for app, video, and website analytics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of expertise in SQL and databases.
• Experience with BigQuery and/or Dataform.
• 2+ years of experience with Google Firebase data and app analytics.
• Proven expertise with GA4 or similar large raw datasets of digital behavior.
• 2+ years of experience creating measurement plans and QCing tags via Google Tag Manager.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working in news media.
• Proficiency in R or Python for building statistical models.
• Experience resolving complex analytical issues through cross-functional collaboration.
