What you will do

• Process broadband and Ethernet orders accurately using supplier portals and internal systems.
• Liaise with UK suppliers (BT, TalkTalk, CityFibre, Neos Networks) to track order progress and resolve escalations.
• Provide regular status updates to internal project teams and communicate directly with customers regarding inflight orders.
• Handle customer interactions and ELF fault enquiries via email and web chat.
• Maintain accurate records of all provisioning activities and ensure system updates.
• Collaborate with UK-based teams to ensure alignment and smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM/order management systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a remote/hybrid team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecoms provisioning or customer service.
• Familiarity with UK ISP suppliers and their provisioning portals.
