What you will do

• Develop test programs and hardware for New Product Introduction (NPI/NTI) to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Support product qualification, characterization, and release on ATE platforms, including temperature characterization and R&R.
• Drive test improvements focusing on cost reduction, test coverage, and integral yield improvement.
• Manage changes to test programs and hardware using structured processes like Enovia.
• Coordinate fab, assembly, and test center transfers to facilitate volume ramp-up.
• Perform test failure analysis and implement new ideas to improve test methodology and processing time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic, Computer, or Control system Engineering.
• Extensive experience in test program development across multiple tester platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, VBT, or C++ programming.
• Hands-on experience with Teradyne or Advantest (J750 / V93K) testers.
• Knowledge of Sub Version Control (SVN) or Collabnet.
• Ability to work with international teams and availability for overseas travel.

Nice to have

• Experience as a test lead for new product development.
• Strong track record in Gross Margin Improvement within semiconductor testing.
• Experience in subcontractor management.
