What you will do

• Lead the BD team in China, driving revenue performance and professional growth.
• Develop data-driven strategies to grow revenue from small and mid-sized advertisers.
• Oversee sales operations, client success, and campaign performance to ensure customer retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to localize GTM strategies.
• Drive operational excellence through process design, forecasting, and reporting.
• Translate market trends and customer insights into strategic product adoption plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in sales, account management, or marketing, with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Experience managing BD/SMC-focused advertising programs.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• Must be based in Beijing (expect expectation to work in office 4+ days per week).
• Familiarity with China’s digital advertising ecosystem.
