What you will do

• Lead the functional Accounts Payable process and oversee the Invoice Processing team.
• Develop and implement procedures to monitor work activities and manage the department budget.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to drive performance and development.
• Monitor the delivery of month-end account results and ensure accuracy in management reports for audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls.
• Manage vendor terms and system updates to ensure alignment with company policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; CPA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of end-to-end AP experience and 3 years as an AP Lead in high-volume environments.
• 3+ years of experience in coaching and leading people.
• Strong Spanish language proficiency (verbal and written).
• Hands-on experience with SAP and other ERP payables systems.
• Experience with payables process automation and supporting country migrations into Shared Service Centers.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in project and change management tools and approaches.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
