What you will do
- Perform and approve bank and account reconciliations, ensuring all items are analyzed and resolved timely.
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet accounts during month-end and quarter-end close processes.
- Coordinate with AP, AR, and Controllership teams to resolve reconciliation issues and improve end-to-end workflows.
- Perform financial and variance analysis to identify unusual movements, process gaps, or potential risks.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required schedules, documentation, and explanations.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using ERP and reconciliation tools.
Requirements
- BS in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, or shared services finance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP accounting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software such as BlackLine, Workday, or similar ERP tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working in a multinational company or BPO environment.
