Salary: $137,200 — $205,800 USD

What you will do
- Own the product roadmap for the Performance Management Process, including post-launch enhancements, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
- Translate performance philosophy and talent priorities into Betterworks workflows, requirements, and user experiences.
- Partner with People Technology and technical teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, configuration needs, and integration plans.
- Monitor the Betterworks product roadmap to assess and adopt new vendor capabilities.
- Define and track success metrics, including adoption, usability, sentiment, and process effectiveness.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and stakeholder readiness for new features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, talent management, or employee experience.
- Experience owning an employee-facing platform from implementation through continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and calibration.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills to use adoption data and operational metrics for product decisions.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k and US-based office locations).
Nice to have
- Experience with Betterworks, Workday, or other HRIS platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale performance management transformations.
- Familiarity with agile practices, design thinking, journey mapping, or human-centered design.
- Certifications in product management, project management, or HR technology.
