What you will do

• Manage daily culinary operations across multiple dining outlets and pool operations in a hands-on capacity.
• Develop annual budgets and achieve financial goals through accurate forecasting and labor management.
• Design creative menus and standardize recipes for both banquet and a la carte venues.
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure a high-quality and memorable dining experience for members.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory systems to maintain proper contribution margins.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Chef or 5 years as a Sous Chef.
• Proven experience leading high-volume culinary operations with multiple dining outlets.
• Strong track record in team management, coaching, and inspirational leadership.
• Thorough knowledge of menu planning for both restaurants and high-volume banquets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, payroll management, and POS systems.
