What you will do

• Drive operating profit goals and sales through effective management of food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Lead and develop the front-of-house team to ensure high standards of service and guest engagement.
• Maintain quality control, hygiene, and health and safety standards across all operations.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and address performance issues in profitability and labor.
• Partner with Human Resources to train restaurant leaders and manage team member performance reviews.
• Assist the Kitchen Manager with menu adjustments and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience in a high-quality chain or independent restaurant group.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights.
• Strong professional presence and excellent communication skills.
