What you will do

• Monitor production activities to ensure all staff comply with food safety regulations.
• Perform critical refrigeration, chemical concentration, and temperature checks.
• Conduct daily facility compliance walks and assign corrective actions.
• Ensure the facility remains inspection-ready for local regulators and third-party auditors.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Operations, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve safety and quality issues.
• Deliver food safety and sanitation training to chefs and employees.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA
• Languages: Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience working with teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in G Suite/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including hot kitchens and cold coolers.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
