What you will do

• Develop and maintain avionics electrical software test strategies, test plans, and verification cross-reference matrices.
• Derive electrical test requirements from system specifications, ICDs, schematics, and safety requirements.
• Lead bench-level, vehicle-level, and pre-launch electrical test campaigns, including power-on, functional verification, and EMI/EMC testing.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for electrical test discrepancies and anomalies.
• Design scalable electrical test equipment and interfaces to support high-throughput production and rate increases.
• Partner with manufacturing and production engineering to integrate test infrastructure into the vehicle build sequence.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum (Export Control requirement).
• Experience driving requirements, design, analysis, and testing of avionics and electronic assemblies.
• Proven ability to lead electrical test campaigns and manage anomaly investigations through closure.
• Expertise in designing electrical test interfaces and support equipment for production scalability.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience with launch vehicles, spacecraft, or highly integrated electrical systems.
• Background in Design for Testability (DFT) principles and participation in design reviews.
• Experience with automated test frameworks and scripting for electrical test sequencing and data collection.
• Previous lead or management experience in a test or integration organization.
