Salary: $100,500 - $153,250

What you will do

• Provide engineering support for UAV product lines, including design modifications and prototype hardware development.
• Manage product configuration and change orders within the Agile PLM system.
• Coordinate the transition of new products and variants into production.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing drawings and bills of materials using industry standards.
• Perform failure analysis and provide technical support for manufacturing and customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, suppliers, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in an engineering design environment supporting production.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Altium) and ASME Y14 drawing standards.
• Strong understanding of configuration management principles and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with unmanned air vehicles (UAVs).
• Knowledge of MIL-HDBK-61A or EIA-649-B standards.
• Background in RF, digital, and communications electronics design.
