What you will do

• Lead backend engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications across company products.
• Build cloud-based systems to detect targeted attacks and automate cyber threat intelligence production at a global scale.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to define and develop scalable platform capabilities.
• Optimize architecture, knowledge models, performance, and stability of the Detection Engine.
• Mentor other developers on web, backend, and data storage technologies.
• Own technical deliverables autonomously within a high-trust environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or professional experience in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of scalability concepts, including sharding, partitioning, and concurrency.
• Strong command of engineering best practices, including testing paradigms and resilient architecture.
• Ability to produce high-quality, unit-tested software in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive business outcomes.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, United Kingdom.

• Proficiency in Go, C++, Scala, AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, or Elasticsearch.
