• Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues to ensure legal compliance.
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations to complete the ROI process.
• Organize records and documentation for systematic processing.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain strict confidentiality according to company and state regulations.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in medical records management.
• 2+ years of experience in clerical or office administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment (scanners, desktops).
• Must be based in Missoula, MT for onsite work.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail.
