What you will do

• Transcribe real-time dictations from physicians during clinical procedures.
• Audio-type medical reports during downtime while maintaining formatting standards.
• Enter data into Genie software and generate immediate-use reports.
• Manage patient referrals and related documentation efficiently.
• Coordinate remotely with on-site medical teams to support clinical workflows.
• Maintain organized patient records in compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a medical transcriptionist or similar healthcare role.
• Typing speed of 90–100 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Strong command of medical terminology, particularly in gastroenterology.
• Must have a Windows OS device with a stable internet connection.
• Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Excellent listening, comprehension, and written English skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of eCW software.
• Experience with Genie software.
