What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Analytics Engineers, setting priorities and driving execution.
- Own the company's forecasting methodology across revenue, spend, and net revenue to improve accuracy and consistency.
- Design and evolve driver-based forecasting models to support executive decision-making and long-range planning.
- Identify and resolve gaps in data, systems, and business processes that limit forecasting scalability.
- Lead the transition from spreadsheet-driven processes to scalable planning platforms and repeatable workflows.
- Partner with Engineering to operationalize models within modern data platforms and planning tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in financial forecasting, strategic finance, or business planning within SaaS, fintech, or adtech.
- 4+ years of people management experience leading technical or analytics teams.
- Deep expertise in building revenue and long-range planning models for technology businesses.
- Proficiency in SQL for validating and exploring data.
- Experience with enterprise planning platforms such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Pigment.
- Must be based in the United States.
