Salary: USD$100,000 - USD$150,000

What you will do

• Provide daily support to Front Office traders and manage the trade lifecycle, including booking, validation, and monitoring.
• Analyze incidents and coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure platform stability.
• Participate in system enhancements and ongoing projects (approximately 25% of the role).
• Collaborate with distributed and offshore teams to maintain system performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Murex Front Office support.
• Experience working directly with trading desks or within Front Office environments.
• Strong understanding of financial products, specifically Fixed Income, FX, and Equity Derivatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Quantitative Finance.
• Ability to handle production issues independently with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
