What you will do

• Design and develop asynchronous learning experiences, including e-learning courses, toolkits, job aids, and templates for school leaders.
• Translate instructional frameworks and leadership competencies (e.g., PSEL) into practical, actionable content.
• Create resources to support instructional coaching, data-driven instruction, and observation and feedback cycles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and production teams to develop engaging multimedia learning modules and videos.
• Review and enhance existing professional learning content to ensure coherence and impact.
• Contribute to a centralized repository of leadership resources and learning pathways.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (residents of the 50 states or D.C.)
• 2-5 years of experience in talent development or educational training.
• Direct experience at the school or district leadership level (e.g., Principal, Assistant Principal, or Instructional Coach).
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional coaching and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and web tools.
• Ability to clear a required background check.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership.
• Principal Certification.
• Familiarity with leadership frameworks such as PSEL or state accountability frameworks.
