What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a multinational confectionery manufacturing company.
• Create a wide range of learning materials (in-person session materials, facilitator guides, digital modules, and videos) using a portfolio of work.
• Develop rapid eLearning and multi-modal learning solutions, leveraging AI tools for content creation while following data privacy and governance requirements.
• Build content using modern authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, and Vyond, and work with learning platforms.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with peers and project managers.
• Evaluate learning program success using metrics and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Practical experience using AI agents/use cases to accelerate content development (Microsoft Copilot preferred).
• Ability to translate complex/technical topics into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
• Strong visual design skills (layout, color, brand alignment) using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
