What you will do

• Develop and implement proactive quality methodologies to effectively identify and resolve quality issues.
• Analyze process problems and create solutions using engineering guidelines, industry standards, and root cause corrective action (RCCA).
• Prepare End Item Data Package (EIDP) reports and lead customer pre-ship reviews.
• Manage Failure Review Boards (FRB) and Material Review Boards (MRB) to address non-conformances.
• Perform continuous improvements to support the AS9100 Quality System and manage external audits.
• Provide operational and manufacturing support and conduct supplier assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within an electronics lab environment.
• Aerospace/Defense Contracting industry experience is required.
• J-STD and/or NASA training/experience is required.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 Quality System and LEAN manufacturing principals (Six Sigma).
• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ for onsite work.

Nice to have

• J-STD and/or NASA certifications.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Prior working knowledge of TIPQA or similar non-conformance management tools.
