Salary: $55.00–$65.75 per hour

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and maintain integration and testing solutions for in-house and COTS/GOTS components.
• Synthesize customer requirements into comprehensive system test solutions while managing cost and schedule constraints.
• Define functional specifications and resolve complex hardware/software interface issues.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and schedules for subsystems and complete systems.
• Analyze test results and prepare evaluation reports to verify system performance.
• Document discrepancies and perform regression testing to validate fixes.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work as a W2 hourly contractor (No C2C, No 1099).
• Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience or Master’s degree with 4-6 years of experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in software development (C, C++, LabView).
• 6+ years of experience in test equipment design, electronic testing, and mechanical testing.
• Ability to work a 4/10A 2nd shift schedule in Orlando, FL.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in LabWindows CVI and NI hardware.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware integration (switches, VXI/PXI chassis).
• Background in high-volume production environments.
