What you will do

• Lead the strategic roadmap and execution for engineering tools including PLM, BOM structure, and CAD systems.
• Drive the alignment of engineering tools across the group and initiate conversion to a new PLM platform.
• Establish and lead the Centre of Expertise (CoE) for Engineering to Order (ETO) and Engineering for Innovation (EFI).
• Develop and implement standardized project and resource management methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align strategic objectives.
• Mentor and develop a team of experts and junior managers to build a high-performing support organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing engineering tools and PLM systems, including CAD, BOM, and ERP integration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing teams in a dynamic international environment.
• Experience in project and resource management, including Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of PLM and CAD software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC6, S/4Hana).
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Parma, Italy.
