What you will do

• Design, implement, and document shop-floor manufacturing processes using engineering best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of production activities and processes during a period of factory transformation.
• Participate in audits and provide technical support to production operations.
• Analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
• Propose and introduce new manufacturing processes and equipment when appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience using CAD software, specifically Solid Edge.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in an engineering manufacturing environment involving electromechanical products.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of VBA programming.
• Good command of English at B1–B2 level; fluent English required.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, teamwork, independent-working, and attention-to-detail skills.
