What you will do

  • Support business and commercial teams with daily operational and administrative activities.
  • Manage Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing, and payment coordination.
  • Administer employee benefits and manage asset tracking, including rebates and payoffs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency and internal control improvements.
  • Gather and document business requirements to translate them into functional requirements for technical teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or Operations Management.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • Experience supporting commercial teams within a multinational or regional organization.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, invoicing, and Purchase Orders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English
