What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of high-performance, reliable, and scalable systems.
• Develop next-generation network acceleration software.
• Contribute directly to the build of software-driven fabrics for AI workloads.
• Ensure system stability and performance acceleration to avoid congestion.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Golang, Java, or Python.
• Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience designing and scaling large distributed systems in production.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems (threads, scheduling, kernel programming).

Nice to have

• Experience with networking protocols and NIC architecture.
• Full stack development skills.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
