Salary: $146,000–$234,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop and manage data infrastructure components using AWS cloud services and Terraform.
• Collaborate with data scientists and autonomy engineering teams to deliver tailored data solutions.
• Optimize data processing systems for reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure operational stability of the data platform.
• Champion best practices in data governance, security, and quality.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on data projects.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or C++.
• Experience with big data frameworks such as Presto/Trino, EMR, Apache Spark, Flink, or Kinesis.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their respective data services.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Airflow and DBT.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI toolings, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
• Knowledge of Snowflake or advanced data lake architectures.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools and practices.
